Target audience: Candidates that have completed L1 Introduction in Safety Behaviour courses.

Through classroom training the participant will be instructed to safely operate, install and maintain construction lifts.

This course enables participants to become a qualified operator of various types of Mast Climbing Work Platforms (MCWP). This includes safe use practices and knowledge regarding the potential hazards associated. In addition participants will be able to convey all required information to operators controlling the MCWP.

This course enables participants to become a qualified operator of various types of Mast Climbing Work Platforms (MCWP). This includes safe use practices and knowledge regarding the potential hazards associated as well as methods to avoid potential hazards associated.

This course enables participants to safely operate and install various types of Mast Climbing Work Platforms (MCWP). The course covers operating the MCWP, the assembly of the platform and controlling/safety devices, installation of mast and ties, and movement of the machine. In addition the participant will gain knowledge of any local regulations relating to the supply and use of MCWPs, risk assessments and method statements and to be capable of final assembly visual and functional checks.

The course provides operators information about a specific type of MCWP on a particular job site. In addition the participant will learn their responsibilities, demonstrating pre-operational checks, safe operating procedure and the limitations of MCWPs.

This course provides the participant with training on how to safely operate and demonstrate the use of various types of Mast Climbing Work Platforms (MCWP).

This course provides the participant with advanced training above what is delivered in the Installer course. The course covers compiling risk assessments and method statements, undertaking thorough examinations of the complete installation, demonstrations of various types of Mast Climbing Work Platforms (MCWPs) and the selection and use of MCWPs on a particular job site.

This course enables participants to become a qualified operator of a specified construction hoist, including safe working practices and hazard management. Course options include, passenger hoists, goods only hoists and transport platforms.
