This is the third level Training plan, which is a part of the Technician Training Pathway for Industrial Vertical Access Equipment Rack and Pinion Technology.
This is an assessment for being recognized as a Technician for Industrial rack and pinion products. Candidate is assessed via comprehensive checklist of criteria. The assessment includes both theoretical and practical skills. Assessments have to be conducted and signed by an approved person (Assessor) within Alimak Group organization.

This is the second level Training plan, which is a part of the Technician Training Pathway for Industrial Vertical Access Equipment Rack and Pinion Technology.
The training shall provide the participant with the ability to perform safe planning and preparation before beginning any tasks. The participant will demonstrate safe work practices when handling equipment.
Through theoretical and practical training, the participant will be instructed to safely operate and perform preventive maintenance and service on industrial elevators. This will include pre-installation activities, planning, positioning and tying to a structure.
Through theoretical and practical training, the participant has been introduced to Alimak subsystems as Electrical system, ALCII, Vacon VFC, OSD-5 and SE-EX equipment. The training provides competences to our distributor service team to handle various types of industrial units. including Ex, Non-Ex, DOL, and Relay types. The Training has been performed on two levels: LEVEL 2 for newcomers, along with recommended E-learning modules LEVEL 3 for experienced individuals who already possess the certificates attached.
Through classroom training the participant will be instructed to safely operate, install and maintain construction lifts.
The training shall provide the participant with the ability to perform safe planning and preparation before beginning any tasks. The participant will demonstrate safe work practices when handling equipment.
The training shall provide the participant with the ability to identify defects or the lack of defects using a range of techniques, to enable accurate assessment of the equipment’s condition and provide a concise report of findings.
